We zijn verheugd om onze kennis en ervaring uit de kippensector rechtstreeks naar uw school te brengen. Onze boeiende presentaties zijn gericht op leerlingen van groep 3 tot en met 12, maar kunnen ook flexibel worden aangepast aan jongere doelgroepen. Presentaties in de klas worden aangeboden als een op zichzelf staande sessie of geïntegreerd in een Foods-les.
Wanneer we dit integreren in een kookles, bieden we elke leerling receptenboeken en de benodigde kip aan, zodat zij een heerlijk gerecht kunnen bereiden en tegelijkertijd meer te weten kunnen komen over de pluimveesector in Brits-Columbia.

Each class will prepare either the Crispy Chicken Slider or the Sheet Pan Fajitas recipe the day after the presentation.
Classes will be asked to send pictures of their completed projects to us.
Please note that the pictures will be used on social or our website, so they should focus solely on the completed project.
What you need to know.

Cooking with Context Presentations are for Foods Classes Grades 7-12.

Teachers are to book an entire day of presentations at your school (bookings for 1-2 classes per day will not be accepted; please collaborate with other teachers to create a full day of presentations for Farmer Amanda).

Select at least 2 available dates within your region from our booking calendar.

Complete the booking request form for Cooking with Context Classes. Please note that if you do not have enough Foods classes in one day to fill an entire day’s schedule, School Presentations can be offered on the same day as Cooking with Context.

Please use the Cooking with Context form and the "notes" section so Farmer Amanda knows how prepare for the day

Two weeks prior to the booking, we'll ask for a presentation schedule (block schedule, class/grade, number of students, room number).
