Delve into modern poultry farming practices through informational displays, an educational video, and interactive spin-the-wheel trivia game with prizes. Knowledgeable trailer attendants, who are either chicken farmers or industry representatives, are on hand to answer questions and provide firsthand insights into contemporary poultry practices
Schools
Our Poultry in Motion educator will trace the chicken's journey, from fertilized egg on a breeding farming, through a hatchery, to a broiler farm to the supermarket. Explore the different types of poultry farms in the region, including broiler breeders, broilers, organic, specialty, and egg-laying operations all while seeing firsthand how chickens are cared for, protected, and raised in BC.

Poultry in Motion has 3 trailers operating in British Columbia
Lower Mainland
The Lower Mainland Trailer features 3 compartments, one for our hens and rooster (Broiler Breeders) one for our chicks, and the other for our broiler birds. Look for the Silkie birds in our broiler section at select upcoming events.
Vancouver Island
The Island Poultry in Motion Trailer also features 3 distinct sections and a library of informational material to increase viewers knowledge about the chicken industry.
Interior
The Interior Trailer's unique design allows guests to walk right through the trailer, seeing the chicks and the broiler birds up front and personal. Educational videos are shown on the large screen TV.
