Raising chickens on her own farm in Chilliwack, she brings authentic stories and expertise to every session. Her passion for local food production helps students understand the work that goes into the food they eat every day.

1. What to know before booking
Nos entusiasma llevar nuestro conocimiento y experiencia directa en la industria avícola directamente a su escuela. Nuestras atractivas presentaciones están dirigidas a estudiantes de 3.º a 12.º grado, con flexibilidad para adaptarse a públicos más jóvenes. Las presentaciones en el aula se ofrecen como sesión independiente o integradas en una clase de alimentación.
Cuando se integra en una clase de alimentos, proporcionamos libros de recetas y el pollo necesario para que cada estudiante cree un plato delicioso mientras aprende sobre la industria avícola en BC.

What you can expect:

The Mini Barn hosts 1-2 classes at a time, delivering an introductory presentation on the life cycle of Chickens, ideal for primary students.(Intro to Classroom Presentations)

Each presentation is 25 minutes long. When creating the schedule, allow for an additional 5 minutes between groups as transition time.
